The Chevrolet Camaro is an iconic coupe that was one of the original muscle cars when first introduced in 1967. With a planned switch over to electric engines just around the corner, the 2023 model year may be one of the last years that the Camaro makes use of a traditional gasoline powertrain. The Camaro is Chevrolet’s classic four-seater sports car, available as both a hardtop and a convertible. The Camaro offers three distinct powertrains to choose from, each one delivering more power than the last: a 275-horsepower turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine comes standard, but can be upgraded to a 335-horsepower V6 or a 455-horsepower V8 in higher-level trims. The ZL1 trim comes with its own distinct V8, a 6.2L supercharged V8 that spits out 650 horsepower. All trim levels can be paired with a manual or automatic transmission, and all come exclusively in RWD, except for the ZL1, which offers a choice between RWD and AWD.

What’s New for 2023?

The changes to the 2023 model of the Camaro are largely aesthetic. Two new colors, Radiant Red Tintcoat and Sharkskin Metallic, have been added, bringing the total number of exterior color options to nine. Additionally, brand-new 20-inch wheel designs have been added to the LS, LT, SS, and LT1 trims.

Three Standout Features

Modern Infotainment

While the Camaro offers classic style, the technology inside is all modern. The infotainment console is a standard 7-inch screen that can be upgraded to 8 inches with built-in navigation on higher trims. A subscription-based WiFi hotspot to keep you connected while on the go also comes standard across all trim levels, and an optional wireless charging pad is also an available option to help keep you connected while on the go.

Available Safety Features

The Camaro offers standard blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and front and rear parking sensors on the 3LT trim and above. Other features, like rear parking assist and forward collision alert, are also standard on higher-level trims.

Generous Warranty Coverage

Chevrolet offers generous warranty coverage for all new 2023 Camaros. Your vehicle will be covered for three years or 36,000 miles under the standard limited warranty, while the powertrain will be covered under its own warranty for five years or 60,000 miles.
