What’s New in 2023?
The 2023 model year builds on the facelift that the Acadia received in 2020, though the substantive changes are generally minor. A new leather-wrapped steering wheel is now standard across all trim levels except the base SLE, and three new color options (metallic red, blue, and sterling silver) are now available.
Powerful Engine Options
The Acadia is powered by a standard 2.0L four-cylinder engine that produces a respectable 228 horsepower which can be upgraded to a sporty 3.6L V6 that generates 310 horsepower. Both engines are more than powerful enough to give the Acadia a quick and responsive feel on the road.
The four-cylinder engine enjoys an average fuel economy rating of 22 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway, while the V6 sits at average estimates of 19 mpg in the city and 27 on the highway. The adaptive suspension, which comes standard on the Denali trim and is an option
Interior Comfort
The Acadia has a number of available features that can help you stay connected and comfortable while driving, including a 120-volt outlet and additional power outlets in the front and trunk, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that can be upgraded with integrated navigation, standard cabin active noise cancellation, and standard automatic tri-zone climate control.
Available as an option on SLT trim levels and above and standard on the Denali, the center screen can be customized with a host of widgets that provide information about your vehicle and its performance, and an optional 6-inch holographic heads-up display is projected right onto the windshield to also provide easy to access information while in motion.
Class-Leading Safety Options
The Acadia is also loaded with tech that can help you avoid a collision, including standard front and rear parking assist, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, automatic front pedestrian braking, and an integrated following distance indicator.
