Dropped my 2024 GMC Yukon off the night before since we live 40 minutes away, went to pickup the next day at 5 pm and was told it wasn't ready. How long does it take to fix a radio and/or speakers?

Neil Matheison, sales person was extremely responsive to my emails and I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle prior to going into the dealership, which was great. We ended up deciding on a different vehicle, which was not in stock and required a dealer trade, and still ended up fair on pricing. Neil spent about 40 minutes explaining all of the safety features on the 2025 GMC Sierra, including operation of the shifter which is far different from our 2016 GMC Sierra. I really appreciated this, as we were just looking at the trucks prior to the test drive. Neil was also great when we picked up the vehicle. The finance process was also very easy and quick. I also feel that LeValley provided a fair price on our trade in with zero games.

My car is still having issues with the horn and revving high. I'm here out of state working and need a vehicle to get back and forth to work. When I told them that I felt like they didn't care to accommodate me and just rushed through the inspection .

I went in to look at a Chevy Trax and worked with Chuck. Came back a week later to test drive and decided that this would be my next car. Chuck looked around for a Trax activ that fit my color and options and found it for me a couple days after signing. The whole experience was very smooth and went very quickly which I was happy about. Would definitely get another car from levalley in the future.

When I made the appointment is was told Tuesday at 1pm but when I came in I was told it was actually Thursday but he would get me in. No problem. He got me the total on everything and told me that it was 345$ but after the service was done my total was 425$ . When I asked about the difference of what he said to me before and what the total was the service manager got very defensive and said he had told me 425$ and I can pay or just leave and told the employee to go into the car and get the key. Not only was it unprofessional but very rude and not a way to handle business. I felt very screwed over and will never be back. You are very lucky we were not on a budget and was able to pay the difference.

Sean reviewed the truck’s history and made sure it got the same oil as before. I also had a check engine light come the morning after service and Sean had me come in and read it right away. It was not related to the previous service. He cleared it and told me to call if it comes back in.

My truck (2023 AT4 diesel) had a warranty covered valve body part fail (sensor) with no known eta for the part, and it wasn’t drivable because it’s in limited acceleration mode. It failed on 94 W near Benton harbor so I drive to nearest GMC dealer Ralf was phenomenal helping me find a car in the area as it was difficult in the middle of spring break. He also mentioned that the Manufacturer rep may add money to trade in to buy a different truck since my AT4 was somewhat of a lemon with all the electronic issues it had since week one of ownership. Chuck and I looked at trucks and made a deal in a day. I’m so appreciative of my experience from service to sales at LeValley

These folks Get It! When our brand new 2025 Equinox had its 3rd episode of what we've been told were computer and camara related failures, we were about 2 hours into a 16 hour drive with 4 teenager grandchildren going on spring break. We were fortunate enough to find this dealership a few miles away. The Staff was supportive and Highly skilled and motivated to do everything possible to troubleshoot and fix our vehicle. They saved the Day! The service manager was nothing short of a Professional. The entire staff was supportive and compassionate. To trouble shoot and fix was no small task as our home dealership has tried twice. 5 stars isnt enough for Levalley Chevrolet!

Purchased my Equinox on July 15, 2024. My first oil change & tire rotation was to be FREE for my new vehicle. As the Service department reflected a delivery date of January 1, 2024, I was charged. When I questioned as to why my first service wasn't free, as stated in my purchase agreement, I was told it has expired in November 2024 (4 months after the purchase of my new vehicle). That's when I was told my vehicle was delivered on 01/01/24 (on New Years Day). I showed the service advisor and manager the text I had received from Mai MacDonald, my salesman, showing my vehicle purchase date. By that time, I had used my GM rewards to pay for the majority of my service, when I could have applied my GM rewards to another purchase for my Equinox. As I was to get my first maintenance service FREE, the service manager had the service advisor put notes into the computer system, stating the my next service would indeed be Free! But, mistakes happen, as we are all human.🙂

I came in because of check engine light and traction control kept going on and off. They said broken spark plug so replaced all spark plugs. I picked up the car drove home and check engine light came on and service stabilitrak came on the dash. So not real happy after spending $900. Now I have to go back

I went in for a 80,000 mile service. The service department has always did a great job on that part of the work. Ever since I drove the Tahoe off the lot I have had a very annoying rattling noise in the back of the car. Every time I bring it in for service I ask that they check it and see if they can fix it. It never seems to work. This time they took the seats out and said there were some loose cables, and they put some insulation in and zip, tied the cables and put it back and said the rattles fixed. Unfortunately, the rattle is still there, and it might even be worse. I will try to get it back into the dealership and have them look at it again, but this has been going on for 81,000 miles and has been a frustration of mine from the day. I drove it off the lot. A car of this value should not have this type of problem. All in all, I love the Tahoe, but it gives me pause for the next purchase, which is coming up soon.

I have not delt with anyone in the service department that is not congenial and helpful - but Ralf Quintero is great to work with I always have the best experience when dealing with him. One can probably always get a cheaper price from someone else that services vehicles but I know my service from LeValley is guaranteed and they will stand behind their work. I purchased my Truck from LeValley and they have always performed all the maintenance for me.

Max stated that there were no loaner cars available I could go to Enterprise but I would pay $50 a day for vehicle. This is unacceptable being that my car was under warranty. Instead of explaining all I was told id you have to pay a $100 deductible. A very frustrating experience Max. Ralph, did resolve my issue with the loaner car available.

Everything went well overall, our salesman Trey was knowledgeable and friendly, as was the used car manager. My only complaint was my experience with the finance manager, Carly. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I made her aware of this. That being said, I wish she would have gone into more detail about how title transfer works nowadays. I haven’t bought a car in almost 10 years let alone a new car from off a lot, so I’m used to receiving a paper title when buying a car. This caused a bit of confusion and unease after the fact, which I then had to go back and she explained things more clearly. I brought my mom with me so that she could help me if there were any questions I needed to ask, and so that I’d have someone else with me to hear what Carly had to say. Carly’s demeanor came across as being annoyed and almost dismissive. My mom explained her last experience with buying a car and how the title transfer worked for her then, and Carly tried arguing with her and said “no, that’s now how that works”. There was a lot of tension in the air. Neither my mom nor I were rude in any way, and we thanked her for her time and information. Carly’s attitude during that exchange made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing how things work now, or that I should’ve asked questions the first time.

I was in a unique situation where I live in Baroda but took a job in Nebraska and needed a second car. I spend all week in Nebraska but fly home for weekends. I could only spend time at the dealer on Saturdays. Kyle was extraordinarily helpful and stepped in to make sure I was able to complete paperwork while his finance team was out of office. I was down to the 11th hour when I needed to make a final decision and Kyle worked with the management team to develop a solution for me.

I needed new tires. I have also been considering getting my car serviced in town rather than driving to Kalamazoo. I don’t want to go to a place that pressures me all the time to do things that aren’t necessary. I didn’t feel that kind of pressure at Lavalley at all. I appreciated that. I’m very good at keeping up on regular maintenance on all our cars, when someone pushes me, it turns me off and they lose my business. I believe I will be bringing my car to Lavalley from now on.

I always get my maintenance done here. They always do a great job including giving everything a good looking over and catch things that could get very costly if they progressed to a failure or even cause a safety issue.

Called several times for updates on the service I was having with no return calls. Car rental process for this warranty repair was poor. My Buick was very dusty after the service that took 15 days. They could have washed it.

Had my trunk latch replaced. The mechanic didn’t put the cover back right and I had to come back after I left and my service advisor fixed it. My service advisor always makes sure everything is good.

On Star notified me that our 2023 Yukon was ready for its 25,000 mile service, scheduled a time and service advisor on the site. In and out in roughly an hour, doesn’t get any easier than that.

Chevy Silverado had a slipping/shuttering condition while moving intermittently. Truck was diagnosed with a premature torque converter failure, common with this particular transmission. The vehicle was purchased with an extended warranty and they covered the repair. Unfortunately the torque converter was replaced but none of the other internal components that were exposed to contaminated transmission fluid were. This was the cheapest option for the warranty company and that’s what they went with. I asked how the warranty company validated the condition of the contaminants against a known failure point and I was told visually???? I find that ridiculous and definitely challengeable if a future issue arises from what I believe to be a short cut.

Everyone was very nice. The 18,000 mile service package was completed in about an hour. We were able to use GM Rewards we earned when we purchased the car at LeValley. This was our second purchase. Very satisfied and we'll probably be back again.

I had a couple of services done on Monday. One of which was a tire rotation and balance and looking at the tires and the tire pressure I am having serious doubts that it was done. Which makes me wonder if the other service was performed. I told the service person I put air in the tires and the pressure was off on each tire. Checking them again on Wednesday the tire pressures are still off and they are in the exact order as when dropped off. Please explain how this is possible if a tire rotation was performed and the tires were balanced would they not have put the right tire pressure.

The service at Levally was great. They always take good care of me. I'm not happy with GM though! If there's a problem with the motor that now requires a different oil, Fix IT!! also. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR FUTURE 0W-40 OIL CHANGES THAN I HAVE IN THE PAST!!! IT'S NOT RIGHT. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR GM'S QUALITY ISSUE!!

I made an appointment for service on the GMC app. Showed up at the dealership about 10 minutes prior my appointment. Service advisor greeted me, and work was completed in about an hour. When it was finished, the advisor came and got me from the waiting room. He even held the door open as we walked into the service area. Advisor gave me my paperwork and keys. Extremely polite and professional.
