    Chevy EVs require significantly less maintenance than traditional gas-powered vehicles.   10. What is a reservation and is the reservation amount refundable?

    When you reserve a Chevy EV, you are essentially holding your first place in line for the next available model. A reservation amount is typically required and this fee is refundable. Our team will guide you through the reservation process, making sure you’re aware of all the details.

    Your reservation amount is refundable if you cancel your reservation prior to completing and submitting an order with LeValley Chevrolet GMC. You may cancel your reservation by contacting us, calling the EV Concierge at 1-833-EVCHEVY (1-833-382-4389) or accessing your manage reservation account provided in your reservation confirmation email.

  11. What is DC Fast Charging?

    DC Fast Charging is the fastest way to charge your Chevy EV. It’s available at select public charging stations and can charge your battery up to 80% in about 30 minutes. This is ideal for road trips or when you need to quickly recharge during a busy day.

    All Chevrolet electric vehicles include standard DC fast public charging capability.

  12. What is a dual-level charger?

    A dual-level charger is a home charging solution that allows you to charge your Chevy EV at both Level 1 and Level 2 speeds. It typically comes with two plugs, one for 120V outlets and another for 240V outlets. This provides flexibility depending on the type of outlet you have at home.

    You can charge almost anywhere there is a standard 120-volt 3 prong outlet, or with a quick change of the included plugs, get the speed of Level 2 charging* at a NEMA 14-50 outlet.

  13. How do I plan a road trip in a Chevy EV?

    Planning a road trip in a Chevy EV is easy with the help of the MyChevrolet app, which provides locations of more than 250,000 public chargers with real-time availability, access to real-time charging station locations, route planning, and estimated charging times. Many Chevy EV models also offer a range of over 250 miles on a single charge, so planning long-distance trips is more manageable than ever.

  14. Are there any current Chevy EV recalls?

    Currently, there is one recall and that is on the Bolt EV battery. The problem consists of two LG manufacturing defects (a torn anode tab and folded separator) that, in rare circumstances, can simultaneously present in a single battery cell in the LG battery module.
